| Public safety video surveillance originated in Britain.Under the growing of times and the huge progress in science and technology,it has been gradually introduced into China.Under the background of intelligence and legalization,the application of public safety video surveillance has become an important means of intelligent,modern and specialized government social governance ability.And continue to apply in the fields of intelligent security,bright engineering,intelligent policing,artificial intelligence,intelligent transportation,intelligent fire protection and so on.In the era of information network data,China has established a relatively perfect public security video surveillance system,but there is a management of public security video surveillance in China where is still in the state of local government regulations and lack of central legislation.At present,47 local regulations and local government regulations in the field of public security video surveillance in China have been regulated the construction,collection,storage,retrieval,use and punishment of public security video surveillance,but the legislation has been lagging behind the development of technology.Conventional video surveillance is gradually replaced by intelligent video surveillance.Intelligent video surveillance system carries out uninterrupted information collection every day,and massive data information is constantly emerging,which produces the fusion of public security video surveillance information with high-tech technologies such as big data,face recognition,AI intelligence and so on.At the same time,people’s understanding and requirements for personalinformation security are getting higher and higher.On the basis of the existing research on public security video surveillance system,it deeply focuses on how to use the information of the legal regulation of public security video surveillance,analyzes and induces the legal problems encountered in the process of information use,and puts forward constructive suggestions to make the public security video surveillance information more operable and legalized and standardized.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into three parts.The first part is an overview of public security video surveillance,which aims to clarify the concept and characteristics of public security video surveillance system,the role of public security video surveillance information,and clarify the basic connotation of the research object in this paper.The second part is the current situation and existing legal problems of public security video surveillance information legal regulation,mainly including the current situation of legislation in the field of public security video surveillance.The legal problems existing in the use of public security video surveillance information are summarized through analysis.The third part mainly aims at the second part to put forward the reasonable suggestion,for our country public security video surveillance information use process reduces the use risk in the future,provides the reference viewpoint for the law about formulation public security video surveillance information system management. |
