| With the advancement of Education Informatization 2.0,schools at all levels and all types of education are evolving from construction and application to integrated and innovative development,gradually promoting the intercommunication of resource platforms and management platforms,and building a public service system for digital education resources.As the main battlefield of the Young Pioneers’ education,the Primary Young Pioneers have encountered various opportunities and challenges in exploring the new era “Smart Team Building” online Young Pioneers work requirements proposed by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,the Ministry of Education,and the National Youth Work Committee.Through surveys and interviews,it was found that building traditional static flat websites and producing report-style multimedia courseware can no longer meet the daily teaching needs of the Primary School Young Pioneers Instructors.The existing research results of “Smart Team Building” emphasize the update of information technology but lack the innovation of educational concepts..As a new e-learning space,the virtual learning community can provide a new way of thinking on Internet plus education for constructing an “Smart Team Building” of Young Pioneers thanks to its personalized,democratic,and strongly communicative characteristics,which is also highly agreed with initiative education activity in the construction of an “Smart Team Building” of Young Pioneers.In order to meet the needs of constructing an “Smart Team Building” in elementary schools,a virtual learning community for the constructed intelligent team of Young Pioneers is designed and developed for Young Pioneers and Instructors in the elementary school with missions of improving the informatization of education information of Young Pioneers,integrating resources in and out of the class,strengthening the learning of interactive emotion communication,and enriching the activity theme of Young Pioneers.The study conforms to the principle of constructing a virtual learning community with constructivism and multimedia learning cognition as theoretical foundations.Besides,organization space and personal space are developed from smart management,resource integration,interactive environment,and theme activities according to the requirements of e-learning space construction and application guidelines.On this basis,prototype products are tested initially,while user feedbacks are collected using questionnaire survey and interview for analysis user feedback.The results prove that Young Pioneers and Instructors are satisfied with constructing the“Smart Team Building” of Young Pioneers in elementary schools by means of the virtual learning community.Specifically,on the one hand,the virtual learning community developed for the “Smart Team Building” of Young Pioneers in elementary schools can satisfy Young Pioneers’ requirements of daily learning and activity participation of Young Pioneers in primary schools,allowing Young Pioneers to exchange ideas and make friendly contact with each other.On the other hand,Instructors can strengthen digital management of team membership,achieve teaching management of Young Pioneers in primary schools,and carry out online training in the virtual learning community developed for the “Smart Team Building” of Young Pioneers. |
