It divides in three .It has analyzed and researched Separately theory origin, definition, development and characteristic on the team theory, the virtual enterprise, the virtual team theory, the study organization, study team theory. This chapter mainly makes theory upholstery for the proposed virtual study team concept.The third chapter's main content is how to establish the virtual study team. It divides into two sections. First has analyzed the questions which exist in the developing process of the virtual team and the study team, has analyzed two characteristics both in similarities and differences, has discovered the supplementary superiority, has defined the conception of virtual study team in this foundation, last obtains the characteristic which the virtual study team has.The fourth chapter is the core of this article. The main content is do research in constructing factors, constructing methods, constructing patterns, facing questions of the virtual study team. Firstly, it analyses the constructing factors and its correlation by using the graph way. Secondly, It analyses the possibly facing questions of constructing the virtual study team from the constructing factors' angle. Thirdly, it proposes the constructing methods for the questions that possibly appear in second section. Lastly, it provides several available patterns for constructing by diagrams.The fifth chapter is concerned with some ideas after observing some typical enterprises. For instance, once I apply the theory into practice in a company that is managed by my friend.
