Research On The Construction Of Primary School Young Pioneers Team In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region In The New Period

As an important part of school education teaching work,the young pioneers work has gradually received extensive attention of society.Primary school is a key period of adolescent physical and mental growth and development,along with social progress and era development,rapid current teenagers face unprecedented network technology environment,their growth path presents new characteristics,such as students' knowledge and stretch,frequent contact with the network information,personality personality tend to be unique.Poor pupils because of age small,dispute resolution,are more susceptible to the influence of the environment.Work harder,and that has made the young pioneers faced the test of time.This topic using literature method,survey method and interview method to conduct the thorough research to the current situation of the young pioneers to work,find out the problems existing in the young pioneers to work and put forward improving strategies.This study selected dongsheng district elementary school students as the research object,by questionnaire investigation method of young pioneers,and part of the young pioneers counselors interview investigation.Comprehensive survey,in-depth issues for young pioneers work present situation,through the research,the author found that the present education forms the basis of the young pioneers work is unitary,and the content of the old,the young pioneers organization participation is not high,participation cuts,comprehensive evaluation on the work of the young pioneers organization link behind,and reward mechanism using relatively rigid,young pioneers cadres internal position is less,and vague responsibilities,young pioneers counselors professional quality and ability to work remains to be improved.The occurrence of the above problems has a larger adverse effect,investigate itsreason contains both education directly under the part of the responsibility is not clear,also has the management of school and family education.The author thinks that,fundamentally improve the young pioneers working problems,need to conscientiously implement the young pioneers education of knowledge,comprehensive in the young pioneers organization autonomous management and supervision,the subjectivity of the young pioneers completely reflect and reflect on a post,continue to practice the mechanism of rewards and punishment system of rewards and punishments,the team performance appraisal for young pioneers,encourage the enthusiasm of the young pioneers in the form of cadres in rotation to working in the young pioneers,strengthen their professional quality and ability to work,vigorously promote the young pioneers characteristic education.
