Research On The Promotion Of Rural Industry Development By The Government Of Dayin Town In Xushui District

Township governments,being at the bottom and the forefront,are the executors of rural revitalization and industrial development policies in China,and with the reform of township institutions,township governments are playing a more and more important role in promoting industrial development.The development of village industry is an important part of the overall goal of rural revitalization,which is related to the success of rural revitalization and the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way.China’s rural industrial development degree compared with the city lag will remain unchanged in a short term.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how township governments promote industrial development.However,rural industrial development is not a simple project,but a systematic and comprehensive work,which requires comprehensive consideration from multiple perspectives.Therefore,this paper starts from this train of thought and comprehensively uses methods such as literature survey,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and correlation analysis to analyze the problems and difficulties faced by the current industrial development,find out the important factors that affect the township government to promote the development of rural industry,and explore the development ideas and specific paths of rural industry.This paper selects Dayin Town in Xushui District as the research object.Firstly,the paper expounds the logical relationship of township government promoting the development of industry,defines the concepts of township government,village and so on,and makes clear the content and essence of the research,then theoretically analyze the importance of promoting the development of rural industry in Dayin Town of Xushui District.It also reveals the functions and characteristics of the government of Dayin Town in the development of rural industry.Secondly,it investigates the current situation of industrial development and sorts out the transformation of the concept of promoting industrial development by township governments in China.This paper summarizes the current situation of rural industry development in Dayin Town,Xushui District,Baoding City and analyzes the role of township government in the process of industrial development.Then through the analysis of various factors affecting the development of the industry,using the principle of gray analysis,the factors involved in the correlation degree analysis,so as to find out the government of Dayin town in Xushui District promote the development of the industry is more important several factors.Through the results of the correlation analysis,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the four aspects of capital,urban-rural integration degree,infrastructure and talents when the government of Dayin Town in Xushui District promotes the development of rural industry.This paper summarizes the shortcomings of Dayin Town Government in its own positioning,development concept,planning and guiding intervention.Finally,according to the analysis results and combined with the actual situation of Dayin Town,Xushui District.Scientific ideas for industrial development have been formulated,and feasible suggestions have been put forward on how the government of Dayin Town can promote industrial development,including increasing capital investment,promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas,paying attention to infrastructure construction and increasing talent training.
