| Under the current judicial system in China,community correction is to educate and manage the criminal object in the community environment.It carries out the non custodial penalty test on probation,parole,control and temporary execution outside prison.Its employees are made up of workers,social workers and volunteers.Recent years,the community correction work of PY city has made some breakthroughs and achievements.but there are obvious problems in the performance evaluation like the performance evaluation is too simple and application serious lag in the promotion of full-time woriccrs’ evalustioa,vague evaluation standards for social workers,and Evaluation Office for social volunteers Law is missing and so on.Therefore,further research and improvement are needed to promote the optimization of the assessment scheme for community correction practitioners.Through the nptimization design of the scheme,we hope to give full play to the inherent potential and enthusiasm of the staff,and then improve their work level and administrative efficiencyt better serve the people,and so on.The paper starts fro the existing circumstances of performance evaluation of PY community correction team,and analyzes the reasons of the problems threough my inspection and work practiee.Find and summarize the general situation,assessment method,reward and punishment mechanism,assessment index and result determination of community correction practitioners,sort out the assessment research situation of relevant departments at home and aibroad,and design practical assessment system and methods for full-time workers,judicial staff and social workers respectively,such as full-time workers can be integraied from the aspects of virtue,diligence and low performance Considering together,for the assessment volunteers,we can formulate the volunteer assessment form and volunteer evaluation questionnaire in each volunteer activity,integrate the opinions of the assisted community correction objects and judicial staff,evaluate and assess the volunteer service,and design corresponding awards if necessary.Through the optimization design of the scheme,we hope to give full play to the inherent potential and enthusiasm of the staff,and then improve their work ability and administrative efficiency,it can also provide reference for the performance appraisal of similar administrative institutions. |
