In the Internet age,the development of emerging media has changed the passive state of the public in the face of public events,and the public can express their will to specific events through diversified network new media,and generate network public opinion after the convergence of mutual will.It is undeniable that there are definitive differences between the specialization of judicial activities and the popularization of network public opinion,which is a great pressure on the operation of judicial authority and causes judicial dilemma to a certain extent,but on the other hand,the positive interaction between network public opinion and judicial can not only realize the supervision of justice,but also provide the necessary supplementary elements for the settlement of judicial cases.In recent years,the network involved in judicial cases frequent public opinion,the end of 2019 occurred in the "Li Xin draft",once again triggered the network public opinion,through the analysis and combing of the case,we can see that there is a certain influence of the media on the reporting and comments of the case has brought a lot of impact on judicial activities,mainly to increase the judicial case process pressure,but also damage the judicial authority and judicial credibility,but the case finally in the judicial organs’ efforts to the right track,the network public opinion did not have a large-scale impact on the trial stage of the case process.Throughout other judicial cases involving public opinion,due to the network media coverage there are many problems,and the media industry self-discipline is not strong and other reasons,once the outbreak of public opinion on the network will have a role in all stages of the case can not be ignored,so it is necessary to regulate the network public opinion.This paper mainly leads to the problems exposed in the network public opinion of judicial cases,analyzes the relationship between network public opinion and justice,and further puts forward the countermeasures to solve the current relationship between the two.And combined with the hot cases that trigger the network public opinion analysis,further explore the network public opinion and judicial benign interaction path.Judicial independence is the cornerstone of the establishment of modern society ruled by law and the procedural guarantee and fundamental prerequisite for judicial justice.The influence of network public opinion on judicial independence shows that the overseed of supervision power has an impact on judicial independence,so the benign interaction between network public opinion and judicial independence must be based on the principle of judicial independence.Under the premise of judicial independence,we can improve the legal regulation of network public opinion,build bridge for network public opinion and justice and promote its positive interaction by establishing linkage mechanism and perfecting public mechanism and effective response mechanism.
