Research On The Optimization Of Political Ecology In Rural Areas Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.Subsequently,the central government issued several documents to ensure the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has brought new opportunities and challenges to the rural grassroots political ecology.As a major agricultural province in Henan,the optimization of rural grassroots political ecology plays an important role in promoting the modernization of rural governance and the promotion of rural economic and social development.It can also provide a reference for the optimization of rural grassroots political ecology in other regions.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Henan’s political ecological construction has continued to extend to the grassroots level in rural areas and has accumulated important experience,but there are still aspacts that are not suitable for rural revitalization.How should the rural grassroots political ecology better adapt to the new requirements put forward by rural revitalization? Answering this question is the research purpose of this paper.This paper comprehensively uses a variety of research methods such as field research and data review.Through combing and analyzing many cases and field research data in Henan rural areas,this paper strive to reach scientific and reasonable research conclusions.First,the concepts of rural revitalization,rural grassroots,political ecology,and rural grassroots political ecology are defined,and the related theories of rural grassroots political ecology are combed to clarify the relationship between rural revitalization and rural grassroots political ecology optimization.On the one hand,rural revitalization imposes higher requirements on rural grassroots political ecology,and at the same time is conducive to the optimization of rural grassroots political ecology;on the other hand,rural grassroots political ecology optimization creates good conditions for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Secondly,classify and summarize the data obtained from field visits and surveys and collect news materials.On this basis,the results of the current rural grassroots political ecological optimization and aspects that are not suitable for rural revitalization strategy are obtained.At present,the rural grassroots political ecology in Henan is generally improving,the construction of rural grassroots party organizations has been strengthened,the rural grassroots democratic construction has been gradually improved,the rural grassroots anti-corruption struggle has been effectively promoted,and the work style of rural grassroots cadres has continued to improve.However,to a certain extent,there are still cases where the rural grassroots party organizations are loose,and cadre corruption is not suitable for rural revitalization.Thirdly,sort out and analyze the case materials that are not suitable for rural revitalization,in order to dig out the deep-seated causes of this non-adaptation,on this basis,study coping strategies,and try to provide a reference for the optimization of rural grassroots political ecology,which is also the difficulty and focus of this study.The strategy of rural revitalization kicked off,and the top-level design of the political ecology development of rural grassroots was carried out.Under the guidance of the top-level design,this study attempts to study the optimization path from a specific operational level.It is believed that the belief of grassroots party members and rural grassroots cadres should be strengthened,the primary position of rural grass-roots organizations should be ensured,the institutional guarantee of rural grass-roots organizations should be strengthened,and the construction of rural grassroots political culture should be strengthened,the rural economic and social construction should be strengthened.Strengthen the five aspects for optimization to ensure that the rural grassroots political ecology can better adapt to rural revitalization.
