| Under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of new-type urbanization in China,County—territory will be the main battlefield of the reconstruction of urban—rural relations and the ideal platform for rural revitalization strategy.The development mode,speed and efficiency of County—territory economy are directly related to the realization of rural revitalization strategy.However the unbalanced development of County—territory economy has gradually become one of the problems affecting the overall development of national economy,especially in mountainous areas.Compared with coastal areas,mountainous areas have obvious disadvantages in terms of natural endowment and geographical location.Practice has proved that scientific and reasonable government actions can effectively narrow the gap and accelerate the development of county economy.This paper studies the effect of government behavior on the economy of counties in mountainous areas,On the one hand,it can enrich the theory of county economy and government behavior.on the other hand,it has certain practical significance to improve government governance ability and governance system and promote the economic development of mountainous areas.This paper is based on the theory of county economy and local government behavior at home and abroad,San Ming was taken as the research object,which is a typical inland city of the county.through the combination of qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,this paper introduces the main government behavior in the process of sanming county territory economy development present situation,pointed out that there are unreasonable industrial structure,insufficient public investment and low efficiency of the administrative issues.On this basis,some countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to promote the economic development of San Ming county. |
