| With the continuous acceleration of the silver age wave in our country,the home care service for the elderly with empty nests in rural areas is facing huge challenges.The long-term impact of the urban-rural dualistic pattern makes rural home care conditions much lower than in urban areas.With the influx of a large number of young and middle-aged laborers from rural areas into cities and towns,the function of family support for the elderly is gradually declining,and the culture of filial piety is gradually being forgotten.There is a dilemma.This paper takes village D in Yangqu County,Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province as an example.Based on field investigations,this paper analyzes the current practical problems of old-age elderly living in empty nests in rural areas by combining qualitative analysis and quantitative research.The study believes that home-based old-age care,as a kind of old-age care method widely accepted by elderly people with empty nests in rural areas,urgently needs the government,market,family and social organizations to integrate and integrate resources.By increasing policy support,improving the home care service sharing responsibility and sharing mechanism,shaping the culture of filial piety,and promoting the improvement of the quality of rural medical services,we strive to reverse the plight of the rural elderly with empty nests in terms of economic support,daily care,health care and emotional comfort To improve the quality of home care services for senior citizens in rural empty nests. |
