Empty-nest elderly appears to be very far from us, but perhaps in this among them there are our most close to people. Along with the rapid advance of industrialization and urbanization, and the single-child policy began in the early 1970 s, the number of empty nest elderly in China is increasing, the empty nest family size is becoming more and more big. Then brought a series of pension problems, effect is becoming more and more extensive. Therefore, research on urban empty-nesters pension will occupy the more practical significance.The research object of this paper is 200 elderly people from Qingdao in Shandong province. By applying statistical analysis method, the methods of literature research, theoretical analysis, describe city empty nester home endowment intend to reality. At the same time, further analyzes the influencing factors, and to better meet the demand of urban empty-nesters pension, put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion to improve its status in later life.This paper is divided into three parts of six chapters.
