"Embedded" Home Care Services Exist In Urban Communities In My Country Problems And Countermeasures

With the rapid population aging,the discrepancy between the low supply level of pension service products and the heterogeneous pension needs of the elderly is becoming severe.Based on the actual situation and different regional markets,meliorating elderly care and optimizing the mode of elderly care service in urban communities is becoming a pressing problem.Nevertheless,the classical community pension model has some issues,including high operation costs,limited resource allocation,and lack of sense of security.This paper focuses on the community "embedded" home-based care service mode.By embedding the care service platform at the community level,we integrate the care resources in the community and provide the elderly with highly specialized and rich service products.It will meet the growing care needs of the elderly to eliminate the imbalance between supply and demand of care services,alleviate the stress of the government and families on the provision of elderly care products,and meet the Chinese elderly’s expectations.This article will research and study the "embedded" family care model in urban communities in six chapters.The first part analyzes the current situation,background,significance,research methods,and pension innovation.The second part will introduce the related concepts and theoretical basis of community "embedded" home care.The third part walks through the current Chinese status in urban communities and the necessity of developing "embedded" home-based care services.The fourth part points out the reasons for lagging policy support,insufficient financial support,lack of experts,and inexperience.At the same time,this paper analyzes the leading causes of the occurrence.The fifth part compares and draws lessons from the experience of community "embedded" home care services embedded in Swedish government organizations,American NGOs,and Japanese commercial real estate.Based on my country’s national conditions,the sixth part proposes strengthening the community’s "embedded" home care service mechanism,paying attention to the structure of professional teams,strengthening service supervision and publicity,and completing the matching services.The supply and demand of the community "embedded" home care services to provide omnifarious support for the home care environment and provide the Chinese elderly with a foundation and improve their life happiness index.
