Study On Community Home-based Care Services For Urban Elderly Of Taiyuan

In recent years,China's aging characteristics have become more apparent,and the number of elderly people has been rising.As of the end of 2017,the number of elderly people aged 60 and over has reached 241 million,accounting for 17.3% of the total population.Under the background of the elderly population with large base and rapid growth rate,the trend of aging,disability and empty nesting of the elderly population is becoming more and more obvious.In addition,the development of China's national conditions and miniaturization of family structure,the elderly.The issue of support needs to be developed and resolved as soon as possible.Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province also entered the stage of aging society in 2003,but the traditional family pension in Taiyuan City could not meet the needs of the elderly.The cost of institutional old-age beds was high,and the lack of emotional construction was rejected by the elderly.These factors all contributed to Taiyuan.Older people in urban areas cannot enjoy adequate quality old-age services.It is extremely urgent to speed up the development of home care services for urban communities in Taiyuan City.The community home care service allows the elderly to enjoy high-quality oldage services in their familiar community environment,meet the psychological and living needs of the elderly,optimize the utilization of social resources,and greatly alleviate the aging of the population.The pressure,so community home care is regarded as the main development direction of the pension model in the future.However,the practice of home care services for urban communities in Taiyuan City is not optimistic.With the prosperity and development of China,the needs of the elderly are also growing.The pursuit of diversified and personalized aged care services makes the imbalance between supply and demand of community home care services more prominent.This requires us to solve these problems as soon as possible,to meet the needs of the elderly,and to promote the balance of supply and demand in the community.Through questionnaires,this paper conducts on-the-spot investigations on the supply and demand of residential care for the elderly in many communities,civil affairs bureaus and community management centers in Taiyuan City,and summarizes and analyzes the basic supply and demand of residential care for the elderly in urban communities in Taiyuan.Combined with relevant literatures,it systematically sorts out the imbalance of the total supply and demand of the community in the development of urban community home care services in Taiyuan City;the community service supply project is single;the community pension hardware environment equipment is insufficient;the service personnel supply and demand imbalance;People put forward targeted solutions to the problem of low recognition and participation of community home care services,including increasing investment in community home care services;strengthening the improvement of demand assessment and management supervision mechanisms;strengthening personnel training and attraction mechanisms;Promote the publicity of community home care services;improve the hardware infrastructure.Community home care for the elderly should actively mobilize the participation of all walks of life to promote the rapid improvement and development of community home care services.
