With the increasing attention to confidential work,each department involving State secrets gradually realize the importance of confidential personnel management.As an indispensable part of confidential personnel management,confidential training exists in the whole processes of confidential personnel’ career development.According to the secret level they are exposed to,there are clear regulations for training time and training frequency.Meanwhile,confidential training effect evaluation is gradually becoming increasingly important.It is urgent to build a comprehensive and scientific confidential training effect evaluation system.This research is based on CIPP training evaluation model,combining PDCA looping and Structural Equation Model.By the comprehensive consideration of references and expert interviews,I determine the potential variables and measurement items of confidential training evaluation system.Based on the results of the structural equation model hypothesis test,the path coefficient values of the model are calculated to obtain the weight coefficients of each measure.After establishing the training effect evaluation system,the model is tested with actual data of a confidential training.The practicability of the model is tested and this research put forward suggestions on the construction of confidential training.
