Under The Rules Of The Wto, China's High-tech Industrial Policy Research

In this paper, the direction, principle and content of adjustment and existing problem about China high-new technology industry policy were discussed under the background of entering the society.From the definition of high-new technology and industry, policy system of high-new technology industry was established by analyzing essential factor and interrelation of high-new technology industry development. From investigating WTO regulation and China high-new technology industry policy today and comparing with successes and failure of overseas policy, necessity and urgency of adjustment and existing some problem of China high-new technology industry policy were pointed out. On the base of reference of overseas successful experience, the principle and content of adjustment were studied in the paper.After entering the society, it was precondition that we must comply with WTO regulation, and some policy which were impinged and normalized by WTO regulation were validly adjusted with positive and careful selectivity intervening policy.
