Evaluation Sustainable Development Capability Of Charitable Foundation Under The CORPS Mode

Charitable foundation is a kind of organization with strong "public" color.In the existing society,compared with other social organizations,the public has the highest requirements for charitable foundation,whether from the perspective of its own development,or in the aspects of fund-raising,use of charity funds and project supervision.The operation is concerned by citizens.The research on charitable foundation is helpful to get the development status of charitable foundation,summarize the achievements and experience in the development of charitable foundation,effectively solve the problem of sustainable development of charitable foundation,and promote the development of charitable foundation.This paper takes the charitable foundation as the research object,first defines the concept of charitable foundation,corps business model and sustainable development,and discusses the sustainable development of charitable foundation according to the theory of social governance.The existing researches mainly focus on the construction of evaluation system of NPO,charitable donation,organization design and comparison,the CORPS model and evaluation dimension of charitable organizations,analysis of influence restricting the development of foundations,regulatory governance,policies and regulations,etc.The related research mainly studies the operation of foundation from the micro perspective,introduces the current situation,development process,influence and reasons of its prosperity from the macro perspective,and the research on the development status of the foundation based on the national conditions of China.In the research of charity foundation sustainable development ability,the literature is less,and the content is not profound,the theory obviously lags behind the development of practice.According to the data of charitable foundation in the economic and financial database,this paper analyzes the current situation of charitable foundation,obtains the results of the current situation of charitable foundation,and provides reference for the construction of sustainable development ability of charitable foundation.Based on the principles of scientificity,sufficiency,feasibility and comparability,this paper analyzes the indicators of charitable foundations in the economic and financial database,and constructs a 20 indicator system with five dimensions of financial and material resources,human resources,business operation,service and service object,and influence by combining with the Corps model.Through factor analysis of these 20 indicators,three common principal component factors are obtained,namely,resource comprehensive strength factor,operation efficiency factor and financing ability factor.Then,4551 charitable foundations are clustered according to their sustainable development data,and three types of charitable foundation characteristics are obtained.In order to provide some reference for different provinces to formulate policies on the sustainable development of charitable foundations,this paper averages 4551 foundations according to their provinces in terms of comprehensive strength of resources,operational efficiency and financing capacity,and obtains the data of sustainable development of provincial charitable foundations year by year.The results show that the sustainable development ability of southwest is the highest,followed by North China,South China,East China,central China,northwest and northeast.According to SNK test,the seven regions are divided into two groups,one is northwest,northeast,East China,central China,South China and North China,the other is East China,central China,South China,North China and southwest.In addition,this paper clusters the sustainable development ability of provinces,and divides 31 provinces into three categories according to the clustering results.The first type is financing ability driven.Ningxia and Xinjiang belong to this type.The factor score of financing ability is the highest,and the comprehensive strength of resources and operation efficiency are poor.The second type is the leading type of comprehensive strength.Beijing,Guangdong and Jiangsu belong to this type.The comprehensive strength factor of resources of this type is the first,the financing ability factor is the second,and the operation efficiency factor is the first.The third type is the moderate type,with 26 other provinces.According to these conclusions,this paper puts forward suggestions on improving the information disclosure system of charity foundation,strengthening the social supervision and government supervision of charity foundation,and cultivating self-discipline institutions of charity foundation industry in the macro aspect;and puts forward suggestions on improving the internal governance structure of charity foundation,increasing publicity and increasing the income of foundation in the micro aspect.
