The Research On Enterprise Sustainable Development Based On Capability Mix Model

With the development of economy-globalization and IT, the environment, which the enterprises exist and develop in, has changed violently, and many enterprises stop developing, some even step into decline, because they can't adapt to the changes. The subject about how to keep the enterprises' present and future development attracts more and more attention. The concept of enterprise's sustainable development is that the production and scale become large, the interior factors are continually optimized, the competency ability and profit ability are steadily strengthened, and at last, the enterprise achieves best-integrated economic utility while adapting to the change of the market. This paper searches for the capability that the enterprise actually need and that goes with the it's life-cycle bases on the theories of enterprise's growth, capability and lifecycle, so that the enterprise can cross over stage crisis and achieve sustainable development. At the same time, I make a lot of deeply research on the enterprise's connotation, growth mechanism, lifecycle, capability system, dynamic evolvement and so on.Firstly, this paper deeply parses the connotation of enterprise's sustainable development, based on a lot of theory research. The expansion of organization's scale, the increase of market share, and the arising of operation and management level based on original level indicate the enterprise's development. The enterprises not only considerate achieving the operation target and raising the competition position, but also continually increasing the profit ability, keeping their selves strong in the long run, and emphasizing the society benefit while keeping continual development. Therefore, the enterprise must establish good growth mechanism, so that it's economic utility steadily increases, operation efficiency continually arises, the scale isenlarged accordingly. Then, the enterprise can keep; even enhance its position among the competitors. Many factors affect the development of enterprise, which can be divided into two aspects-inner cause and outer one. Inner cause, that is the resource the enterprise controls and the capability it's processes, is the source that products sustainable competitive advantage; outer ones, that is the environment, for example, politics, economy, geographic position, industry environment and so on, play an important role during the enterprise's growth. Both of them are vital for the enterprise's sustainable development, so must be analyzed when building its growth mechanism.Secondly, the key to enterprise's sustainable development is whether it keeps sensitive and responds in time in order to adapt to the changes when faces the challenges and opportunity coming with changes. Therefore, from the aspect of capability system, this paper concludes the capability mix model of enterprise's sustainable development, that is POSTEN model by synthetically making use of many research methods including literature study, questionnaire investment, expert and so on. Capability is the prior condition of the enterprise's business operation. It is the key technical ability and recessive knowledge. It is also a kind of intellectual capital and more a headspring of decision-making and innovation. Capability decides both enterprise's scale and borderline and the scope depth making strategy of multiple business and multinational business. Both the competitive advantage and operation efficiency are decided by capability. Product and service innovation decided the enterprise's sustainable competitive advantage by accumulating, developing, and using the capability. The enterprise is made of a capability system or a set of capability, which is composed of all capabilities the enterprise processes and controls.
