The Identification And Evaluation Of Enterprise Sustainable Development Capability

With the prevalence of Sustainable development thought and the improvement of Sustainable development consciousness, People's value conception has made great change, which has been affecting economics, market, and environment of enterprise' s living and developing rapidly from various aspects. New value conception, new law and regulations have brought challenge and opportunity to enterprise sustainable development. Enterprise is the microcosmic principal part of society and economics sustainable development. With the increasing fierceness of the appeal of society sustainable development, management and science period have increasingly been paying attention to enterprise sustainable development. Enterprise managers attend enterprise's development condition, and expect their enterprises to develop sustainably. However, due to the lack of systemic enterprise sustainable development system info, enterprise managers do not know how to identify and evaluate enterprise sustainable development capability. It has become an important subject to be solved urgently in management science period to do some research into connotation of enterprise sustainable development capability and to evaluate enterprise sustainable development capability.The article firstly summarizes five viewpoints of enterprise sustainable development, on this basis, combining enterprise core capability's viewpoints such as, conformity view, knowledge carrier view , capability system view , and etc., the connotation of enterprise sustainable development capability has been analyzed from the viewpoint of time dimension, space dimension and element dimension. The enterprise sustainable development capability is a dynamic knowledge system and a capability combination of realizing time dimension, space dimension and element dimension sustainable. And the frame system of enterprise sustainable development capability has been established.Then based on the frame system of enterprise sustainable development capability, the evaluation index system of enterprise sustainable development capability has been set up. The index system includes space dimension-satisfaction degree of enterprise's stakeholders-, time dimension-sustainability and fairness degree between generations-, element dimension-enterprise core capability, sustainable innovational capability, and sustainable learning capability-. Indicators' weights have been determined by the use of AHP, indicators have been nondimensionalized by the use of efficacy coefficient method, and the values of each dimension have been got by fuzzy comprehensive appraise.
