With the rapid development of Internet technology,new media has been widely used and popularized in Colleges and universities,and the ideological problems of colleges and universities begin to attract the attention of all walks of life.In recent years,the ideological work of Chinese universities has been seriously affected by many factors,such as the global strategy of culture,the prevalence of network culture and so on,which has formed a huge impact on the ideological work of universities.Some hostile forces in the West hold high the banner of "differentiation,freedom of speech,academic freedom" and other double standard forms,instill some bad speech into college students through illegal channels,so as to arouse social disputes,create social conflicts and affect the stability of China’s social environment through "speech war".Lawless elements think that the harm caused by this kind of form is far higher than that caused by direct war.This kind of speech mixed with malicious ideas will seriously damage the national ideological security,cause a major impact on social stability,and then damage the development process of China.Therefore,domestic colleges and universities should optimize and improve the ideological education mode,further strengthen the cultivation of mainstream ideological identity,ensure the scientificity and rationality of ideological education,and prevent China’s education field from being poisoned by some illegal remarks.This article studies the ideological work of domestic new media colleges from the perspective of collaborative governance,and finds out its shortcomings,and analyzes its causes.On this basis,targeted improvement strategies are proposed..First,the article studies the current domestic and foreign university ideology development,the development of new media at home and abroad,and introduces the collaborative governance theory,public service theoretical knowledge and concepts.Secondly,through online interviews and questionnaire surveys,the situation of domestic colleges and universities building ideology in the new media environment is investigated,and the results are analyzed,and it is found that the emergence of new media has had a huge impact on the mainstream ideology of colleges and universities.It has caused considerable adverse effects on the construction of ideological safety in colleges and universities.At the same time,the school’s response management methods are backward,and the faculty’s awareness of ideological safety education needs to be improved.Thirdly,the research on the reasons for the above problems found that the main reasons are: some domestic universities do not pay enough attention to the construction of ideological security in the context of new media,lack of specialized teams to engage in this work,and at the same time,part of the ideological education work Some people still have insufficient knowledge of new media,and effective methods to deal with new media ideology are backward.In some cases,they should also strengthen their awareness of security responsibility for new media ideology.In response to the problems,it proposes new media ideological work optimization measures in colleges and universities from the perspective of collaborative governance,such as: taking multiple measures simultaneously,firmly grasping the initiative,discourse,and leadership that guides the mainstream ideology of domestic colleges and universities,and strengthening the development of new media The construction of a special team for ideological work and improvement measures to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological safety education work are hoped to promote the development of ideological safety work in domestic colleges and universities,and bring certain help to future research in related fields.
