| The trade union as the bridge and link of the party contacts the masses,is the spokesman and maintainer of the staff benefits,in the current industrial environment increasingly complex,labor relations are more and more changeable,the more need to participate more actively in social governance,the role of trade unions.From the perspective of management and political science,this paper analyzes the methods of literature research,empirical research,normative analysis,and specifically studies the work of the inner Mongolia Federation of trade unions.Proceed from the following aspects:The introduction mainly expounds the background,significance,research review,research content and methods at home and abroad.The first part to the fourth part is the focus of this paper.Among them,the first part mainly expounds the necessity and main content of trade union participation in social governance;The second part is the main practice of the inner Mongolia Federation of trade unions in social governance;The third part puts forward the problems of the participation of the inner Mongolia Federation of trade unions in social governance and analyzes the reasons;The fourth part attempts to propose the countermeasures of the inner Mongolia Federation of trade unions to improve the ability to participate in social governance;Finally is the conclusion. |
