Study On The System Of Remaining True To Our Original Aspiration And Keeping Our Mission Firmly In Mind

From October 28 to 31,2019,the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Party clearly emphasized the need to establish a system that does not forget the original aspiration and keeps in mind the mission,and incorporate it into the party’s leadership system.Form a rigid binding force and a positive driving force,effectively correct and strengthen the “where to come” and “where to go”.This is a scientific application of the principles of Marxism,a refinement and sublimation of our party’s experience gained in the past 100 years,and it is also a major institutional innovation for the party and the country to develop based on the overall situation.The exploration and design of this system has profound theoretical value and practical significance,which is mainly reflected in multiple levels and aspects such as promoting the party and the state to grasp the overall situation,helping the fundamentals and promoting the long-term,further deepening and consolidating the effective results of thematic education.To establish a system that does not forget the original intention and keeps in mind the mission,it is necessary to deeply analyze the theoretical origin and development process of the system construction,and actively explore the main content and important value of the system construction according to the opportunities and challenges faced by the current system construction.The article mainly excavates and explains this topic from the following five parts:The first part clarifies the background and value of the research through the sorting and analysis of relevant documents,so as to further clarify the logic of the research on this topic.The second part analyzes the origin and formation of the system of not forgetting the original aspiration and keeping in mind the mission.This part traces back to the mass view of Marxism contained in it,the views of the people interpreted by successive leaders of the Party,and the important thought of contained in traditional Chinese culture,looking back at the process of exploration and construction of this system,provide a rational and regular basis for the construction of the system.The third part is about not forgetting the original aspiration and keeping in mind the opportunities and practical problems of the mission system construction.Through the changeable world conditions,the national conditions with more new characteristics of the times,and the “four major dangers” and “four kinds of dangers” that still exist.To conduct research,judgment,analysis and precise control of the “testing” party situation to provide a starting point for system construction.Based on the current opportunities and challenges,the fourth part is mainly reflected in: first,cultivate the original aspiration,clarify the mission: establish a theoretical learning system;second,strengthen the original aspiration and perceive the mission: improve the party spirit Education system;third,to sharpen the original aspiration and fulfill the mission: establish a“people-centered” work system;fourth,interpret the original aspiration and assume the mission: improve the motivation and mobilization system;fifth,consolidate the original aspiration and keep the mission in mind: complete inspection and rectification system.The fifth part reveals the value of not forgetting the original intention and keeping in mind the mission system construction from the height of the times.
