Research On E-government Integration Of Grass Roots Governmen

In recent years,with the continuous growth of the scale and number of e-government system and platform construction of governments at all levels,especially the grass-roots government,e-government continues to enter the life of enterprises and ordinary residents,initially forming a good e-government environment.However,there are many problems in the process of e-government development.How to integrate all kinds of e-government resources,open up the information island between various departments,improve e-government service efficiency,and realize the integration and sharing of e-government information resources has become an urgent problem.Xinchang County is the forerunner of e-government integration.After a period of construction and development,e-government has affected all aspects of the county’s economic and social development,and has become an important support and guarantee for the daily performance and efficient operation of government public departments Using the methods of questionnaire survey and case study,taking Xinchang County as an example,this thesis focuses on the theoretical basis of e-government integration of grass-roots government,the situation of e-government integration of grass-roots government,the existing problems and suggestions.Through the analysis,it is found that in the process of e-government integration,Xinchang County is faced with many problems,such as the lack of overall coordination,the low degree of data sharing and business collaboration,and the imperfect evaluation.In view of this,this thesis thinks that these problems are mainly caused by the lack of top-level design guidance,standard and project management,the awesome phenomenon of different departments,lack of support for the gold security,and lack of e-government professionals.Therefore,to carry out the E-government integration of grass-roots government,we need to formulate the overall development plan and unify the standards,smooth the grass-roots e-government integration management system,increase the E-government integration guarantee and other measures to further solve the problems.Through this study,it can help Xinchang County solve the problem of e-government integration,and provide reference for other areas to solve similar problems.
