Comprehensive management of social security is one of the important ways to maintain social stability and resolve social contradictions.It is also an important factor affecting the modernization of China’s governance capacity,the realization of the two centenary goals,and the completion of the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Strengthening research on the comprehensive governance of public security at the grassroots level is of great and far-reaching significance for promoting social and economic development and building China into a great modern socialist country in an all-round way.More than 40 years since the reform and opening up,with the development of the situation and measures of implementation,step by step to improve all facets of public security is endowed with new connotation,our country gradually out of a Chinese characteristics of the new way of maintaining social order and ensure social stability,stable basic satisfied the people to the environment,order the needs of the safe and peaceful life.With the rapid growth of China’s national economy in recent years,the social development has gradually entered a new stage,the internal environment needed to ensure the sustainable,healthy and stable development of the economy is more complex,and the difficulty of preventing and resolving various contradictions is also increasing day by day.Not only the number of traditional public security problems is increasing day by day,the Internet,telecommunications as the criminal media of new forms of crime also emerged in an endless flow,such as "kill a pig plate" fraud,telecommunications extortion,malicious account snatchings,network contract suicide and so on;As a result,conflicts and disputes at the grassroots level continue to occur,leading to mass incidents,terrorist attacks and other violent incidents,which seriously threaten people’s lives and social stability.These forms of crimes have brought huge risks and challenges to social security.In this situation,the traditional "blocking","pressure" as the main governance means of conflict and dispute resolution mode can not adapt to the requirements of the current grassroots social security governance,it is urgent to find a new and effective governance form.This paper uses the method of literature analysis,comparative analysis,case analysis,based on the analysis of experts and scholars on the basis of research achievements at home and abroad,combining the actual situation encountered in the work itself,the G county,the research of the current grass-roots public security comprehensive administration,analyzes the problems in the actual work and look for the reasons,on how to promote G county grass-roots public security comprehensive management work put forward the countermeasure and suggestion.This paper attempts to further explore the methods and paths to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the comprehensive management of social security at the grass-roots level through research,hoping to strengthen and innovate the comprehensive management mode of social security along the direction of socialization,legalization and legalization,so as to improve people’s sense of security,sense of gain and sense of happiness.
