With the development of grid city management,in order to cope with the lack of police resources,the public security organs of u city take the way of building auxiliary police force to supplement.With the increasing demand for public security services,the number of auxiliary police officers is increasing,which has become an important support for the grass-roots public security forces.Police auxiliary personnel make contributions to the maintenance of public security and the protection of people’s safety.However,due to various reasons,there is a large brain drain problem in this group,and the high turnover rate also has a negative impact on the normal operation.Job embeddedness is an important factor affecting individual career mobility.Therefore,to study the turnover intention of grass-roots auxiliary police staff from the perspective of job embeddedness can provide some reference for stabilizing the auxiliary police team.In this paper,the grass-roots auxiliary police officers in U city are taken as the research object to carry out the survey.Firstly,through the relevant literature collation of domestic and foreign scholars,the work embeddedness scale and turnover intention survey scale have been developed,and combined with the characteristics of auxiliary police officers,the questionnaire is re compiled,and then the questionnaire data is collected and empirical analysis is carried out by using statistical methods,verify that the components of job embeddedness have different degrees of negative impact on the turnover intention of grass-roots police assistants.This paper analyzes the deep-seated practical reasons that affect the stability of grass-roots auxiliary police personnel,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of public management,so as to reduce the turnover intention of auxiliary police personnel by means of job embeddedness,so as to provide the basis for the public security organs and relevant management departments to improve human resource management.
