With the introduction of "eight-point regulations","six-point ban","merge the dual system of pension" and a series of policies,public officers had enjoyed benefits reduced significantly.In recent years,the overall level of prices rising faster,so that the actual purchasing power of public officers'salaries decreased significantly.In addition,too heavy,repetitive and routine works unabated which causing public officers showed lower enthusiasm and lower efficiency.Public officers' psychological states have gradually changed,and then they are likely to re-examine their career.Based on a survey of public officers in Hebei,the article will find the relationship between career burnout,job embeddedness and turnover intention at work of public officers by literature review,questionnaire and model testing.The study compared the gender,age,education level,income level,job level differences in the three variables by SPSS 18.0.Study also examines how public officers' career burnout and job embeddedness effect on the turnover intention by SEM.Emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and lower achievement has a positive impact on turnover intention.Organization links,organization fit,organization sacrifice,community links and community sacrifice can obviously moderate the relationship of career burnout and turnover intention.However,the moderate result of community fit cannot reach significant levels. |
