With the development of military modernization,professionalization of the army officers has been gradually put on the agenda.Officers professionalization requires officer corps with high quality,but in reality,due to various factors,many outstanding military officer leave the army early and this is a waste and loss to the army.Analysis the deep-seated reasons behind it led to and take appropriate measures to retain those outstanding officers,are not only the practical needs of our military human resources management system adjustment and reform,but also the objective needs of our military's modernization construction.This paper focuses on the issues that affect officers' turnover and systematically studies it.First,on the basis of theoretical results of domestic and abroad,this paper groups all factors into six key areas and establishes an initial model.Second,the paper designs a questionnaire and uses structural equation modeling to analysis the impact of various factors on the intention of the officers,and according to actual survey data obtained,the initial model was modified.Third,officer corps with different characteristics are analyzed separately and compared,this points out that various factors play a different role in different populations.Finally,on the basis of previous researc h,a general conclusion was given,and from three most influential perspective(welfare,family factors and organizational justice),some proposal which can reduce officer turnover are given.
