Research On Status Analysis And Strategies Promotion Of The Organizing Capacity For The Party Branches Of College Students

The Party branch of college students,working as the bridge connecting teachers and students with the Chinese Communist Party,is the most primary organization of the party in colleges and universities.It is also the basic platform for transforming the political and organizing advantages of the party organization to the advantage of education.Organizing capacity is not only a basic concept that often appears in the fields of political construction,economic development,and social governance,but also a primary indicator to assess the prosperity of the organization.The improvement of the organizing capacity of the party branches for college students is related to the cultivation of party members and the vitality,creativity,fighting capacity and cohesion of the party.Moreover,it is also vital to foster virtue through education for colleges,cultivate and shaping of the new ages,and the construction of the party.For the party branches of college students,the organizing capacity mainly refers to their abilities to rely on its own organizational advantages to unite,lead and mobilize college students to support and implement the party’s decisions,arrangements,principles and policies.It is the concentrated expression of the leadership,demonstration,mobilization and cohesion.By combing the basic theories,combining with the working requirements for primary party organizations in colleges and universities in the new age,it is easy for us to conclude that the connotations of the organizing capacity for party branches in colleges and universities are mainly include political leadership of party branches,leading of the cadres,demonstration abilities of party members and cohesion of the masses.The connotations of the organizing capacity for the party branches in colleges constitute a core index system to assess their construction status.Based on the system,the author compiled several questionnaires,designed the outline for interviews and conducts several empirical researches.Through these researches,it is found that the problems of the organizing capacity for party branches in colleges mainly lie in several aspects.Firstly,for the political leadership of party branches,it is mainly that some college students’ Party branches have weak ability to interpret the party’s policies,and their organizational life is not standardized.Second,for the leading of the cadre forces,the main reasons are that some Party branch secretaries have not invested enough in their work,the ability of some Party branch members needs to be improved,the exemplary leading role of some Party branch secretaries is not fully played,and the cooperation degree of some Party branch secretaries needs to be improved,etc.Third,for the demonstration abilities of party members,the main reasons are that some college students’ Party members are not firm enough in their ideals and beliefs,and lack of demonstration abilities.Furthermore,for the masses,the main reasons are that the service consciousness of some party members needs to be strengthened,and the service ability of some party members is insufficient,etc.These problems can be caused be numerous issues,which mainly include the policy interpretation and internalization ability of some party branches are insufficient,the effectiveness of some college students’ Party branch construction measures is insufficient,the system construction and system implementation degree of some party branches are insufficient,and the consciousness and ability of some college students’ Party members to serve the masses are not strong,etc.In order to improve the organizational power of the Party branch of college students,we should strengthen the political function and political consciousness,enhance the political leadership,ideological education and ability training,enhance the leading power of the group,the sense of responsibility and practice,the exemplary power of the party members,the sense of service and the ability of service,and the cohesion of the masses,so as to enhance the Party of college students The organizational power of the branch will promote the healthy and orderly development of the primary Party organizations in the school.
