Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of Farmers In Northeast China Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward China’s Rural Revitalization Strategy with "industrial prosperity,ecological livable,civilized rural style,effective governance and rich life" as the main content of the nineteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China.This fully illustrates the importance and concern of the party and the state regarding the "three rural issues".As one of the important contents of "three rural issues",the ideological and political education of farmers can provide intellectual support and spiritual power for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Strengthening the ideological and political education of farmers is conducive to improving the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in politics,establishing a correct outlook on life and values,promoting the modernization of agriculture and the harmonious and stable development of rural areas.As an area with early economic development and relatively developed agriculture in China,it is necessary for Northeast China to give full play to its regional particularity on the basis of the country’s rural strategy,and contribute its own strength to the country’s Rural Revitalization.Combined with the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,this paper studies the current situation and problems of farmers’ Ideological and political education in Northeast China through literature,investigation and observation This paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and then puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education of farmers in Northeast China.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction of the article,which introduces the background and significance of this paper,domestic and foreign research review,research content and methods,as well as innovation and shortcomings;the second part is the overview of Rural Revitalization Strategy and farmers’ Ideological and political education in Northeast China,which introduces what is Rural Revitalization Strategy and the particularity of farmers’ Ideological and political education in Northeast China The third part is the current situation and problems of farmers’ Ideological and political education in Northeast China under the strategy of Rural Revitalization;the fourth part is the analysis of the reasons for the existing problems;the fifth part is the countermeasures based on the analysis of the reasons,respectively,from consolidating the material basis of farmers’ ideological and political education in Northeast China,stimulating the endogenous motivation of farmers’ learning,and innovating farmers’ Ideological and political education in Northeast China In order to strengthen the ideological and political education of farmers in Northeast China,we should strengthen the ideological and political education of farmers in Northeast China from five aspects: the ways and methods of education,enriching the content of Ideological and political education of farmers in Northeast China,establishing and improving the mechanism and system of Ideological and political education of farmers in Northeast China.
