Research On Ideological And Political Education Of Farmers Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)points out that to strengthen rural ideological and moral construction,we must seize the key subject of farmers.Based on the theoretical research of farmers’ ideological and political education,this study carried out field visits and investigations.Five rural revitalization demonstration villages in Heilongjiang Province and one red revolutionary village in Qingyang City,Gansu Province were taken as the main reference objects.Questionnaires and surveys were conducted to understand the current situation of farmers’ ideological and political education under the rural revitalization strategy.It was found that in the current process of cultivating new professional farmers,only the vocational skills and production technology training of farmers were paid attention to,but the cultivation of farmers’ ideological and moral quality,economic values,traditional cultural awareness,ecological civilization concept and other internal qualities was ignored.Through in-depth research and analysis of farmers’ ideological and political education,there are many problems and reasons,and put forward feasible solutions.First,define the concept of rural revitalization strategy and farmers’ ideological and political education.Explain the requirements of the rural revitalization strategy for the object,team and content of farmers’ ideological and political education.The goal of summarizing the ideological and political education of farmers is to educate and train farmers to meet certain social requirements in terms of economic concepts,political literacy,spiritual world,social harmony,democracy and the rule of law,and ecological civilization.This paper combs the research on the theory of farmers’ ideological and political education from Marx and Engels,Lenin to the Communist Party of China as the theoretical basis of this paper.It points out the important role of farmers’ ideological and political education in rural industrial development,ecological revitalization,rural civilization,social harmony and stability.Second,through interviews and surveys,the promotion and constraints of farmers’ ideological and political education are investigated.The survey found that the ideological and political education of farmers in the six selected villages has made great achievements,such as improving political awareness,paying more attention to spiritual needs,and awakening environmental awareness.At the same time,it is also found that the subject consciousness of farmers’ ideological and political education is not enough,the structure of farmers’ ideological and political education team is unbalanced,the content of farmers’ ideological and political education is not targeted,and the educational economic environment,cultural environment and network environment are facing difficulties.To sum up,it is due to the backwardness of farmers’ own ideas,political marginalization,the behavior of grass-roots party organizations that emphasize economy over thought,the lack of pertinence of educational content,the dilemma of educational environment and the single way of education.Third,explore how to solve the problems of farmers’ ideological and political education.From the five aspects of the subject,organization,environment,content and method of farmers’ ideological and political education,it is proposed to give full play to the ideological and political education function of grass-roots party organizations,stimulate the auxiliary function of new rural sages and returning youth,and put forward innovative ideas from the perspective of farmers’ own media literacy and shaping cultural value identity,so as to escort farmers’ ideological and political education and cultivate intelligent talents for the smooth development of rural revitalization.Based on the reality of rural revitalization and development,we seek to solve the practical difficulties of farmers’ ideological and political education,and provide talent support for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
