Chinese civilization is deeply branded with the mark of farming civilization,China’s development is to focus on solving the "three rural issues" of development.The peasants are the witnesses,participants and contributors to the advancement of agricultural civilization and the modernization of agricultural development,whether the farmers’ ideological concept is correct,political accomplishment is perfect,and cultural quality can be improved is related to whether the "three rural issues" can be solved,whether agricultural modernization can be realized,and whether the Chinese Dream can be successful.On the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,our country won an all-round victory in the fight against poverty.It was a full-scale Xiaokang that miraculously eliminated "Relative poverty" in material and spiritual terms,"Poor farmers" then become "poor farmers",in the "relative poverty" of the rural areas,there is the possibility of the poor farmers in the economic and ideological poverty.How,then,to consolidate the achievements in helping the poor during the period of poverty alleviation,prevent them from returning to poverty economically and ideologically,further strengthen the ideological and political education for them,and during the transitional period of consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty alleviation,it is very important to carry out the key period of rural revitalization strategy in an all-round way and strive to realize the great goal of building a modern socialist country in the new period.Under the global background of uncertain and unstable factors in the process of world peace development,China has overcome the influence of COVID-19 and entered a new era of social and economic development.At present,it is in the critical transition period of five years to effectively combat poverty and Rural Revitalization.It is necessary and important to study the ideological and political education of the poor peasants.Necessity: only by insisting on the ideological and political education of poverty-stricken farmers,can we cut off the connection between poverty-stricken farmers and feudal backward thought;Only by strengthening the ideological and political education of poverty-stricken farmers can we resist the erosion of bourgeois thought;Only by continuously promoting the innovation,as well as deficiencies.The second chapter is basic concept and basic theory.This chapter discusses the scientific connotation and value implication of such basic concepts as "ideological and Political Education","rural revitalization strategy" and "poverty-free peasants",and analyzes the theoretical basis and ideological source of the ideological and Political Education for the poverty-free peasants,mainly including Marx,Engels and Lenin.the Communist Party of China,foreign ideological and political education of farmers on the theory and from China’s excellent traditional culture of theoretical self-restraint.The third chapter is the current situation of the ideological and Political Education of the poverty-stricken peasants under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the survey data of the current situation of the ideological and Political Education of the poverty-stricken peasants in Gaoping District,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current ideological and political education of the poverty-stricken peasants from the perspective of practice.It comprehensively analyzes the relative poor farmers ideological and political education problems,using comparative analysis,system analysis to find the causes of the existing problems.The Fourth Chapter is the Path analysis of strengthening the ideological and
