In recent years, the Chinese government has launched large-scale efforts to reduce and eliminate poverty. With the steady advancement of poverty alleviation work in rural areas, the rural economy and society have undergone tremendous changes, the number of poor people has decreased significantly, and the overall living standards of farmers have improved. However, with the acceleration of the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the problem of poverty among people with disabilities in China is still very serious, and the problem of poverty among people with disabilities in rural areas has become increasingly prominent.Due to their special characteristics, disabled people have more obstacles to their lives or death than healthy people. The basic living conditions of disabled people also have a large gap with healthy people. The personal development of disabled people has not caused social problems.General concern.Disabled people are "a large number of people with outstanding characteristics and especially need help" in rural social life.In addition to income poverty, they also face the threat of multidimensional poverty(MPI)such as health, education, and participation. The implementation of the same poverty alleviation policy is also difficult to receive better results among the disabled groups. Therefore, the poor disabled people are the special groups with the most difficult poverty alleviation, the highest proportion of poverty, the deepest poverty, the longest poverty alleviation cycle, and the highest return rate. The implementation of the strategy for the revitalization of rural areas in the hardest-hit areas of the disabled is also a major historical opportunity to accelerate the improvement of the disabled problem in rural areas and to coordinate the development of the disabled in urban and rural areas. In this paper, four key poverty-relief counties in Fujian and Jiangxi provinces were selected as research sites, and 372 households were randomly selected as survey objects for investigation. From the issue of multidimensional poverty of disabled people in rural areas, the factors affecting multidimensional poverty of disabled people are studied. From the results of the research,we summarized measures to address the multidimensional poverty of the disabled in rural areas. This study starts from the perspective of rural rejuvenation, studies related literature, summarizes the research theories of multi-dimensional poverty of disabledpeople by experts and scholars, and combines the results of surveys on the living conditions of disabled families in Fujian and Jiangxi provinces.A gender analysis is used to summarize the poverty status of rural disabled people in Fujian and Jiangxi provinces.found that rural disabled people have a low level of general education and fewer years of education;low living income, and mainly rely on family members to work outside and social security to obtain the source of family life.At the same time, the medical equipment configuration of health institutions is extremely unequally distributed between urban and rural areas, and there is a problem of different out-of-pocket standards for rural families with disabled persons. From the perspective of rural revitalization, this thesis studies the governance of multi-dimensional poverty problems of disabled people in rural areas. From the results of the research,it summarizes measures to support rural disabled people to escape from multi-dimensional poverty problems. The research object of this article is the rural disabled group.I hope to take this opportunity to call on all sectors of the society to pay more attention and help to the vulnerable group of rural disabled people.I also hope to contribute to the governance of the multi-dimensional poverty problem of rural disabled people.
