Social Work Helps Party Building Lead Community Governance Research

As the highest ruling party in China,history and development have eloquently proved that the key to doing a good job in China is to always adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party,strengthen party building,and give play to the leading role of the Communist Party in guiding.In recent years,with the accelerated development of urbanization,the focus of social governance has been continuously shifted to the grassroots level,and mass work has become increasingly complex and diversified.Traditional social management models are difficult to adapt to the requirements of modern social development.The grassroots party building in the new era has The leading role in community governance and innovative social governance is also clearer.With its unique values and professional service advantages,social work has given a positive response to improving people’s livelihood and social development in the new era.Therefore,more and more communities embed professional social work in community party building activities and use their professional knowledge and skills in social practical work.As part of the establishment of community party building,professional knowledge and skills are used to organize community activities to improve the effectiveness of community party building work.Innovate the professional social work community party building model,mobilize the party and the public to participate,provide new ways to solve community problems,and expand the new service areas of social work.This article is mainly based on the internship experience in the H community in Hefei,with the service records of the community’s party building work as the starting point.Through literature,three-month participatory observation and field research,the social work method is applied to the practical research of community governance.In,in-depth analysis of the practical process of social work helping party building to lead community governance.Under the leadership of party building,the specific service content of party building work will be deepened through three aspects: smart support,platform support and precise service.According to the survey,the intervention of social work methods has achieved certain results,enhancing the residents’ mutual aid awareness,enriching the resource network of local residents,and enhancing the residents’ ability to participate in the area.Establish the relationship between the party and the masses and acquaintance communities in stages,so that residents can regard the community as their second home.However,there are also certain challenges in the governance process.The independence of social work is limited,so social workers face problems such as the lack of funding for community projects and the continuity of residents’ participation,thus falling into the dilemma of dual roles.In response to the above-mentioned problems,the author tried to give some innovative suggestions and paths in practice: one focus is to enhance the status of social work and strengthen supervision;the second is to increase funding support and broaden funding channels for social financing;the third is to innovate community party building Activity channels,accurate use of community work methods;the fourth is to strengthen the construction of a team of interdisciplinary social work talents;the fifth is to integrate building party building resources and strengthen the sustainability of residents’ participation.In short,the goal of this article is to better strengthen the party building of grassroots communities and improve the governance of grassroots communities by exploring a scientific method that combines basic social work and community party building work.
