| Community consultation is of great significance in resolving social conflicts in the process of grassroots autonomy.With the rapid development of society,the effect of community governance has been continuously improved,and community consultation is playing an increasingly important role in community governance.Community consultation is an important part of community governance,but it seems that there are still some problems in community consultation in urban communities.During the internship,the author undertook relevant investigations as the organization undertook projects under the guidance of the community business committee.The community where the author is located is S community located in a street in Hongshan District,Wuhan.The projects undertaken are mainly carried out in the D and J communities of the S community.In the course of the work,it was discovered that there were many problems in the establishment of the industry committee,and the source of these problems largely came from the negotiation of all parties in the community.This article will discuss the importance of community consultation by summarizing the problems that occurred in the process of establishing the property committee.From this,we will see from the small to the big,summarize new ideas for community governance,and give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.A new way of thinking about community consultation in urban communities.This study takes the establishment of the S community business committee as an example.On the basis of studying the establishment process of the S community business committee and the related negotiation process,through the unstructured interview method and the participatory observation method,the analysis of the S community in the business committee In the process of establishment,community consultation has problems such as poor leadership of community party organizations,community neighborhood committees not paying enough attention to community consultation,insufficient coordination of multiple subjects,lack of stable community consultation talent team,and insufficient community consultation mode.To address these problems,strengthen community consultation as an example.Purpose,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Countermeasures and suggestions include the importance of the party organization’s attention to community consultation,the active response of neighborhood committees to difficulties,the promotion of coordination and cooperation of multiple subjects,the full play of the role of talents,and an innovative negotiation model tailored to local conditions.This research consists of five parts,namely introduction,theoretical evolution and practical exploration,and the development of community consultations---based on the investigation of the establishment of the S community business committee,the establishment of the business committee to see the issues of community consultation and the strengthening and improvement of the community Negotiated countermeasures and suggestions.Through in-depth research on these five parts,the author will explore the related issues and incentives of community negotiation in urban communities,and give countermeasures and suggestions on how to deal with these issues. |
