Research On Optimization Of Grid Management Of Community Policing

With the rapid development of social economy and the gradual improvement of people’s living standards,people are no longer satisfied with the basic material needs of life,and the desire to live a safe life is more and more strong.With the development of cities and towns,the concentration of urban population is increasing,and the police work is facing new challenges.In order to adapt to rapid changes in the social background and the public demand,the public security organ to choose information technology is highly integrated into work in the way to reform,adhere to the"predominant,dealing in case is given priority to,to a more scientific community area to planning,for all kinds of resources for the redistribution of more accurate,form a grid of police management system.Taking S city of H province as an example,this paper deeply discusses and analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in the grid management of community policing in S city of H province,and puts forward targeted optimization measures.This paper first introduces some related concepts and basic theories involved in this paper to lay a foundation for the writing of this paper.Secondly,this paper discusses the current situation of police grid management in H province and S city from three aspects:general situation,achievements and existing problems.In this study,residents of S City were surveyed through questionnaire survey,and self-compiled questionnaires were used for questionnaire collection.A total of 600 questionnaires were issued and 590 were valid.Reliability analysis and validity analysis were used to test the results.The validity KMO of the questionnaire was 0.796,and the total interpretation rate of the extracted 5 components was 74.731%.The reliability of the questionnaire was all greater than 0.7,which proved that the questionnaire had good reliability and validity.The mean standard deviation analysis of the influencing factors and the effectiveness of police grid management was carried out by descriptive analysis.The results showed that both the influencing factors and the effectiveness of police grid management were less than 3 points.Through correlation analysis,it can be seen that the influencing factors such as infrastructure construction are significantly correlated with the effectiveness of police grid governance.It can be seen from the regression analysis with the effectiveness of grid governance as the dependent variable and the influencing factors as the independent variable that the prediction of the effectiveness of grid governance by talent team construction is significant Beta =0.299(P < 0.001).The predicted effect of infrastructure construction on grid governance is significant beta=0.275(P < 0.01),the predicted effect of main body participation is significant beta=0.241(P < 0.001),and the predicted effect of assessment incentive mechanism is significant beta=0.192(P <0.001).In the future process of social governance,the police system needs to strengthen the construction of infrastructure,gather the joint efforts of the main participants,increase the construction of talent team,and optimize the assessment and incentive mechanism.Through the study of this paper,it is expected to improve the grid management of community policing in the practical sense,do a better job of community policing work at the grass-roots level,and help the reform and development of community policing.
