| The sweeping modernization process has brought about rapid changes in rural society.Under the background of accelerating the process of urbanization,the development of rural society has become the focus of academic discussion.To clarify the future development of the countryside,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the dynamic mechanism of rural changes and the transformation of the social and economic foundation.Land is the basic means of production in rural society,and the prevailing land transfer in rural areas will further affect the development of rural society.Based on this,this article starts with the village’s “community” attribute,and takes S Village in southern Sichuan as the object of investigation.It analyzes the reshaping of the village community by different forms of land circulation,the current status of the community’s operation after the reshaping,and the impact on the village on this basis.The transformation brought about by governance will further explore the path to the modernization of rural governance.As a form of land transfer within a small area,substitute land farming has become a common form of land transfer within the village community due to the flexibility of its transfer time and transfer area.In order to further consolidate the qualifications of land substitution farming,the subjects who enter the village community by relying on the relationship of land substitution farming often take various methods to participate in the life of the community and join the social network of the village community.Breaking the state of high homogeneity and closedness of the village community has further expanded the social boundary of the village community,which in turn exceeded the scope of the village’s regional boundaries.Land subcontracting is a land transfer method that occurs within the same collective economic organization.The area of ??land transfer is larger than that of substituting farming,and there are certain agreed restrictions on time.In the process from free to paid subcontracting,the kinship in the village community is guided to develop in a more rational and profitable direction.As a land lease that establishes a land transfer relationship across village boundaries,the main group is a foreign entity with capital.The pure market-oriented land transfer mechanism makes the concept of profit and contract scouring the background of the traditional village community and traditional morality.The lack of restraint mechanisms and the suspension of contracting mechanisms make the operation of the village community face new challenges.All of these put forward higher requirements for the development direction of the village community: the development of the village community must conform to the reality of the village,adapt to the changes of the times,and develop to a higher level.The results of this paper show that: focusing on the current status of rural land use since the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation,farmers are given full autonomy when land is contracted to households,and the sweeping wave of marketization in rural areas has gradually loosened the relationship between farmers and land.The phenomenon of leaving farms has become increasingly apparent.The diversification of land circulation has affected the operation of the village community at different levels,and realized the reconstruction of the village community based on the transformation of the economic foundation.The reconstructed village community has brought about changes in the basis of rural social governance,including the dual changes of the main body and the reorganization of social relations within the village.Based on this,in order to realize the improvement of the village community in the process of land transfer,it is not enough to rely solely on the strength of the village itself.While tapping the village’s own governance resources,it must rely on the injection of government power to make up for the weakness of rural governance.In the village community with a solid foundation,inject the power of government services to further regulate and guide the orderly circulation of land,realize the stable and orderly operation of the village community,and provide for the realization of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities and the construction of the social governance community.A solid social foundation. |
