Research On The New Rural Community Governance In Cangnan County

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the party and the state have put forward many policy guidance for Rural Revitalization and new urbanization construction,and always stressed the importance of people-oriented urbanization construction and the necessity of adhering to the new urbanization road with Chinese characteristics.At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in view of rural revitalization,the party and the state further put forward the policy system of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the idea of establishing urban-rural integrated development mechanism,which once again reflects the importance of Rural Revitalization to China’s social development.Under the guidance of these policies,the governments and administrative departments in all parts of China have carried out a lot of new rural construction and urban integrated development construction on the premise of combining the local actual development,actively promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas and building a beautiful countryside.This paper takes the governance of Z new village community formed under the background of the withdrawal and merger of administrative village in C Town,Cangnan County,Wenzhou as the research object of this paper Overview of community governance in Z new village-existing problems in community governance in Z new village-Optimization Countermeasures for new rural community governance in town C of Cangnan County under the overall framework of "analysis and Discussion on the new rural community governance in town C of Cangnan County,and through a case study of community Z,the existing problems such as fragmentation of governance ideas,confusion of governance subjects and lack of governance methods are analyzed,This paper attempts to put forward some suggestions on the governance of the new rural community formed after the withdrawal and merger of administrative villages.Firstly,through the holistic governance theory and domestic and foreign scholars,this paper arranges and summarizes the relevant contents of administrative village merger and rural community governance,so as to grasp the current academic research situation and theoretical basis as a whole;Secondly,according to the general situation of the withdrawal and merger of administrative village in C town of Cangnan County and the new rural community Z community formed in the process of withdrawal and merger,this paper analyzes the current situation,mass satisfaction and effectiveness,puts forward the problems such as the lack of new village community governance system,the deviation of overall governance concept and narrow governance approach,and makes a targeted and specific analysis;Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for the specific content of governance concept,governance subject and governance mode.By analyzing the situation of community governance in Z new village community and discussing the optimization path,it is expected to provide construction ideas and development suggestions for other areas on the governance of new rural community after the withdrawal and merger of administrative villages.
