| Under the general situation of social management innovation,the Communist Youth League conforms to the trend of government function transformation,undertakes the management of youth affairs in a wider range and deeper fields,and social functions have been continuously expanded.Helping young people in poverty-stricken families is a key task for the management of youth affairs and a key task of ensuring and improving people’s livelihood.As a dynamic and innovative group organization,the Communist Youth League should give full play to its own unique advantages and functions,actively participate in helping work,and adopt various channels and methods to effectively help young people from poor families solve practical problems.This article investigates and researchs the work of the Communist Youth League of Panshan County in helping young people from poor families,sums up experience,finds out deficiencies,analyzes the reasons,and then proposes improvement measures.These works have a certain reference value for solving common problems existing in the work of helping young people from poor families by the Communist Youth League in other regions.Hope through research,provide some guidance for the effective development of the Communist Youth League’s poverty alleviation work,and provide theoretical and practical references for the Communist Youth League to participate in innovative social governance and improve public service capabilities in the new period.Based on the new public service theory,social support theory and other related theories,this article takes the Panshan County Communist Youth League as the main body of providing public services,and the poor family youth as the public service object,analyzes the characteristics and needs of the poor family youth,and carries out multi-level and multi-faceted research on the support work carried out,it is pointed out that the current support work carried out by the Communist Youth League of Panshan County still has problems such as unclear organizational division,single content design,and lack of information feedback channels.The reasons for the poor effect of the Communist Youth League in Panshan county are the lack of self construction of the League organization,the lack of accurate and long-term working mechanism,and the lack of relevant guarantee for the assistance work.Therefore,this article draws on the advanced experience and practices of the Communist Youth League organizations in other regions in China,and proposes the following countermeasures and suggestions for the Panshan County Communist Youth League to strengthen the work of helping young people from poor families: Improve the level of modern public services of the Communist Youth League,improve the working mechanism of helping young people from poor families,strengthen the construction of youth service team,integrate multiple resources to improve the level of support work,with a view to promoting the long-term sustainable development of the poverty alleviation work of the Communist Youth League. |
