Research On Ideological And Political Quality Of The Grass-roots Leading Cadres Of Minority Nationalities

The grass-roots leading cadres of minority nationalities are entrusted with the great missions of promoting economical development in national autonomous areas, safeguarding local peace and stability, administrating local social affairs, serving local people and so on. During the new historical period, the grass-roots leading cadres of minority nationalities should possess more higher ideological and political quality than ever before because of the intricate international and domestic background.
