Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Telecom Network Fraud

In recent years,there have been frequent reports of telecommunication network fraud crimes,and criminal methods have emerged endlessly.Criminals have defrauded amounts ranging from a few hundred to thousands of yuan,up to millions and tens of millions of yuan.Some criminals are in the process of committing crimes.Borrowing some other social identities to achieve their own purposes of defrauding money,reducing the trust between people,the government ’s credibility and other consequences,and even more serious threaten the lives of citizens.The frequent occurrence of telecommunication network fraud is basically a consequence of the deviation of the pursuit of interests between criminals and victims.Since this crime seems to just defraud the victim’s money,in fact such cases are being detected.In the process,it will pay huge costs and occupy a lot of functional department resources.At the same time,this type of criminal behavior will have a large negative impact on people’s lives and property safety,government credibility,etc.Behavior creates far-reaching social harm.So contemporary telecommunication network fraud crime is not only a legal issue,but also a social issue that deserves attention and reflection.Therefore,from the sociological point of view,this article makes a sociological elaboration of contemporary telecommunications network fraud crimes,puts telecommunications network fraud behaviors in the context of the times,and analyzes real cases that have occurred in a city in Northeast China.The formation of telecommunication network fraud can be attributed to the following issues: the education level of criminals is generally not high;the employment problem has not been resolved in time after entering the society;there is a blind spot in the supervision of social managers;the concept of "material supremacy" exists in society,As a result,some victims and criminals have made wrong behaviors in the process of material pursuit;the difference in space makes the distribution of some social resources such as education and information unreasonable.In the following,methods for solving these problems are proposed.For example,through the government’s emphasis on education,timely detection of problems in the process of employment selection of citizens,reducing the risk of citizens joining criminal organizations;state agencies,telecommunications network operators 2.The incumbent enterprises of the Citizen Institute shall cooperate with each other to increase the supervision and popularization of telecommunications network fraud and increase public awareness of prevention;guide social public opinion and promote the formation of a positive social atmosphere;Promote the government’s policy tilt towards less developed areas,break multiple barriers,and make social resources redistribution more reasonable.Through these means,we should know how to curb the frequent phenomenon of contemporary telecommunication network fraud.
