| The prison enterprise is a special enterprise serving criminal reform.This particularity determines that reforming criminals and serving the society are the basic characteristics of a prison enterprise.At the same time,prison enterprises operate independently in a market economy,and the pursuit of economic benefits is another characteristic that cannot be avoided.For a long time,prison enterprises are in a semi-closed state,Internal management structure still applies the basic structure of the administrative system,this old management model bound to affect the survival and development of prison enterprises in the new economic environment.If prison companies want to seek opportunities in the new round of market competition,they must first make changes in their own management in order to seize opportunities and win opportunities.Project management,as an important branch of management science,can use system theory and methods to accurately and efficiently manage the whole process of a project under the condition of limited resources to help it achieve its set goals.This management method can help prison companies to resolve conflicts between the old management model and new production tasks,and use the least resources to plan,organize,coordinate and control the entire process of the production project,and ultimately ensure the successful completion of project goals.The article uses a combination of literature research,qualitative analysis and case analysis,take XINKANG prison enterprise specific cooperation projects as a case,according to the particularity of the nature of the prison enterprise.Taking the specific cooperation project of XINKANG prison enterprise as a case,according to the particularity of the prison enterprise’s own nature,applying the four theory of project planning progress and control management,project organization management,project quality control,and project performance management are selected to track and guide the entire process of the project.During the period,WBS work task decomposition,milestone activities,PDM analysis charts and other methods were used to analyze and adjust the project plan schedule,build an organizational structure suitable for the project,and conduct quality control from the source.At the same time,performance management was implemented to ensure the project from multiple aspects smooth execution. |
