Research On The Construction Status,problems And Countermeasures Of "Internet+Government Service" In Yangzhou

In recent years,the "Internet plus government services" model has developed rapidly,forming a national consensus,and gradually shifting from a model of decentralized development and management to a model of joint development,linkage and sharing.The whole country to the good "pipes" reform of this "chess" and Julio cruz,through enhancing the top-level design,adhere to the overall consideration,promote pilot demonstration,pay attention to the top-level design and local innovation the benign interaction,has formed a highly effective government services to facilitate path with Chinese characteristics.The Internet plus government services initiative is an urgent requirement for enterprises to improve their business experience.It is a concrete action to deepen reform to delegate power,improve regulation and services,and improve the business environment.It is an important measure to build a service-oriented government.This paper aims to provide suggestions for the construction of "Internet+government service" in Yangzhou city based on the research of "Internet+government service" construction,using literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method,etc.This paper takes the construction of "Internet+government service" in Yangzhou city as the research object,takes "finding problems--analyzing problems--solving problems" as the research thinking,and launches in accordance with the introduction,related concepts and theoretical basis,construction status,existing problems and causes,experience and enlightenment of domestic advanced cities,and countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper,starting from the concept of "Internet+government service",based on the existing theory,and then taking the construction of "Internet+government service" in Yangzhou as the research object,the construction status,platform system and construction effect of"Internet+government service" in Yangzhou are analyzed and studied.In-depth analysis of the problems existing in the construction of "Internet+government service" in Yangzhou by conducting field research in the district and county government service halls,holding discussions with relevant functional departments and issuing questionnaires.Five problems are proposed,including low awareness of "Internet+government service",poor connectivity between government service platforms,insufficient sharing of government data,lag in the construction of government service APP,and imperfect evaluation indicators of government service.Secondly,through the study of "Internet+government service" in Shanghai and Hangzhou,the experience and practices in advanced areas are summarized,and the enlightenment brought to us by the construction of "Internet+government service" in advanced areas is analyzed.Finally,this article from the strengthening "Internet+e-government service" top-level design,improving the utility ratio "Internet+e-government service","Internet+e-government service" service facilitation,establish and improve the"Internet+e-government service" sharing coordination mechanism,strengthen the evaluation system for the "Internet+e-government service",etc.,In order to further improve the capacity and level of government’s public service,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the construction of "Internet+government service" in Yangzhou.
