Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Business Environment Optimization Based On The Government Bank Cooperation ——Take Lixia District Of Jinan City As An Example

In the economic system,the business environment can reflect the country’s soft power at the economic level and has a direct impact on international competitiveness.At this stage,the goal of domestic economic development has changed from speed to quality.Further improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and optimizing the business environment are the due meaning of China’s current high-quality development.From the perspective of government governance,the business environment is also an important part of government work reform,which has a great impact on local economic development.Since the 18th National Congress,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have given top priority to optimizing the business environment,which requires that we must start with the economic development environment such as government business relations and business environment to improve the survival and development environment of enterprises,so as to promote the improvement of productivity.At present,all localities and departments are earnestly implementing the development strategy formulated by the state,realizing the reform of the economic system on the basis of appropriate decentralization,promoting a more mature business environment,scientific and reasonable optimization,and finally achieved remarkable results.However,it should also be noted that the Chinese government needs to further improve its policy environment,factor environment and government environment.However,the government and enterprises have not created a positive and effective communication mechanism,failed to really grasp the "pro" and "clean" political and business relations,poor policy stability,different executive power,and uneven construction level of service-oriented government.Therefore,the need for targeted improvement and improvement to further optimize the business environment,achieve more scientific and reasonable reform,and increase the development potential of market players has naturally become a practical problem urgently solved by governments at all levels.This paper analyzes from the perspective of government bank cooperation,and the selected research sample is Lixia District,Jinan City.In Shandong Province,compared with other regions,this area is relatively developed and representative,and the business environment reform has achieved certain results.This paper comprehensively studies and analyzes the reform measures and achievements of the business environment,finds out the main problems and causes in the optimization of the business environment in Lixia District,Jinan,and compares the optimization measures in other more advanced areas,Put forward relevant opinions and measures to optimize the business environment.This paper finds that the research object has made some progress,but it still can not fully meet the specific needs of the public and market subjects.Further efforts are needed.There are a series of problems to be solved,mainly including factor environment,government environment and so on.In view of these problems,this paper takes deepening the reform of "release,management and service" as the clue,and puts forward targeted solutions.It not only needs to improve the government’s governance ability,further transparency the policy environment,improve the factor environment and reduce the financing cost of enterprises,but also needs to strengthen the construction of service-oriented government.
