| City appearance and environmental sanitation is not only the facade of the city,but also the direct embodiment of the city image.A good city appearance and environment helps the city leave a good impression,but also the basic guarantee for urban residents to live and work in peace and contentment.The management of city appearance and environmental sanitation has a very important connection with the process of urban development.Therefore,in urban management,we should pay more attention to the management of city appearance and environmental sanitation.Although the state and governments at all levels have attached great importance to the management of urban appearance and environmental sanitation,and many aspects are constantly optimized and improved,and outstanding achievements have been made,there are still many deficiencies in the specific management work.Therefore,exploring the problems of urban appearance and environmental sanitation management and studying more appropriate,reasonable and efficient urban appearance and environmental sanitation management schemes play a positive role in urban development.Through the methods of literature research,questionnaire and comparative analysis,on the basis of reading the relevant literature on the management of urban appearance and environmental sanitation,this paper investigates and understands the current situation of Yizheng urban appearance and environmental sanitation management,and analyzes the problems existing in the management of urban appearance and environmental sanitation.It is found that there are some problems in the city’s appearance and environmental sanitation management,such as careless management,lack of long-term mechanism,backward infrastructure and so on.The in-depth analysis shows that the lack of effective cooperation between government departments,the lack of effective participation of other stakeholders,the low degree of digitization of management and the lack of complete supervision mechanism are the main reasons for the problems of Yizheng city appearance and environmental sanitation management.Combined with the actual situation of Yizheng City and the development of modern economy and society,and according to the stakeholder theory and collaborative governance theory,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions for effectively doing a good job in the appearance and environmental health management of Yizheng City.By improving the comprehensive coordination mechanism,standardizing the supervision and assessment mechanism,encouraging multiple stakeholders to participate in management and promoting the big data management mode.Yizheng city appearance and environmental sanitation management will be improved and optimized.Through scientific management,the city appearance and environmental sanitation of Yizheng City have been improved and promoted.It is also hoped that this study can provide reference for the further improvement of urban appearance and environmental sanitation management in other cities,and provide some help for optimizing urban appearance and environmental sanitation management in China. |
