Study On The Legalisation Of Euthanasia

Since the creation of "euthanasia",there have been endless debates on the legalization of euthanasia,as well as debates on euthanasia-related concepts,such as death with dignity and assisted suicide,etc.Because there is no consensus on the concept of euthanasia,there are a lot of debates on euthanasia that are not based on the same premise.It is imperative to clarify the concept and scope of euthanasia,to justify the legalization of euthanasia,and to provide a basis for the legalization of euthanasia in light of the real needs of euthanasia.This paper argues that the traditional division of euthanasia is not only difficult to understand,but also has the suspicion of expanding the scope of euthanasia,therefore,the scope of euthanasia is defined as active and voluntary euthanasia.Euthanasia is not yet legal in China because of many obstacles that are considered to violate the right to life,challenge social ethics,hinder medical development,and cause moral slippage.However,from the perspective of the right to life,the dignity and quality of life are important components of modern life values,and the right to die is part of the right to life,and patients have the right to selfdetermination of life.By examining the euthanasia system in foreign countries,we analyze the significance and inspiration for the realization of euthanasia in China.The euthanasia system is designed in terms of the application object,application subject,execution subject and implementation procedure.The system of euthanasia is designed in four aspects,namely,the target of euthanasia,the application subject,the execution subject and the implementation procedure.
