Research On The Quality Evaluation Of Smart Health And Elderly Care Services In Harbin

With the gradual deepening of the aging of the population in my country,all sectors of society are paying more and more attention to the elderly care issues.Under the diversified and multi-level elderly care needs,the elderly have put forward higher requirements for elderly care services.Under the guidance of the state’s vigorous promotion of healthy old-age care policies,new models of smart and healthy old-age care services have been explored across the country.Harbin is also actively developing smart and healthy old-age care.In 2012,Nangang District,Harbin City established a "big housekeeper" home care service platfonn;Harbin City has launched the 12349 public welfare service platform for helping the elderly to gradually promote smart and healthy elderly care services.However,there is currently a lack of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system to verify the quality of intelligent and healthy elderly care services,so as to facilitate the smooth development of smart and healthy elderly care services and improve service quality.brought some difficulties.In order to test the implementation effect of smart and healthy old-age care in Harbin and improve the service quality of smart and healthy old-age care,this paper constructs an evaluation system for the quality of smart and healthy old-age care services,evaluates the smart and healthy old-age care services carried out in Harbin,and finds deficiencies in smart and healthy old-age care services.and make targeted recommendations.Paper using the method of literature research,standard and typical survey method,empirical analysis,to public product theory,social welfare pluralism theory,maslow’s hierarchy of needs,based on the theory of social support network and mature wisdom health care situation in Harbin,build healthy endowment service quality evaluation index system of wisdom.Four first-level evaluation indexes,including material environment,personnel service,platform system and platform service,and eighteen second-level evaluation indexes were determined.Wisdom in building healthy endowment service quality evaluation index system on the basis of aiming at Harbin received wisdom health questionnaire,pension services of elderly health and wisdom endowment service management and service personnel to interview,finally using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate wisdom health care quality in Harbin.Research results show that Harbin wisdom health care quality between general level and satisfaction level of overall evaluation,the elderly health care of overall satisfaction of wisdom,but wisdom health care of aging equipment optimum design,the degree of professional service personnel,operation simplicity and personalized service platform system still needs to be bigger.So the paper on the above-mentioned aspects put forward to strengthen health wisdom endowment equipment aging research and development and popularization,improve the system of intelligent health care personnel training,increase the pertinence of wisdom health information service platform construction in Harbin countermeasures,thus further improving the quality of Harbin city wisdom health care,improve their quality of life,To promote the development of elderly care undertakings in Harbin.
