Study On The Principal Role Of Peasants In The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the No.1 document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China("CPC")that the fundamental reason for implementing the rural revitalization strategy lies in "adhering to the dominant position of farmers",and has repeatedly stressed the need to give play to the dominant role of farmers in all aspects of rural revitalization on different occasions and at different times.Under the support of the theory of human subjectivity,it can arouse the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of farmers,and realize the free and all-round development of farmers in all fields of rural revitalization.As far as the relationship between it and farmers’ subjectivity is concerned,rural revitalization should carry forward the role of farmers’ subjectivity throughout the whole process of rural revitalization,because it is a summary of historical experience,a practical need to achieve rural revitalization,and a concrete embodiment of the general requirements of rural revitalization.In addition,the two promote each other and advance together.Rural comprehensive revitalization,on the one hand,helps to enhance the dominant position of farmers,and points out the direction for the main role of farmers in the new era;on the other hand,it helps to promote the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture,rural comprehensive progress,and more conducive to the overall development of farmers.On the basis of consulting materials,this paper interprets and defines the core concepts such as rural revitalization and the main role of farmers.Through the study of classical theories such as Marx,Engels and Chinese Communists’ subjectivity,this paper explores the influential factors of farmers’ subjectivity.As the main body of rural revitalization,the interests of farmers are undoubtedly the most important factors affecting the role of farmers.Through nearly 500 questionnaires distributed in the Democratic Village,this paper discussed a number of government staff.The investigation summarizes the "road of reality" in the process of practice.After analyzing the meaning of "what should be" and "the road of what is",this paper aims at how to play the role of farmers in rural revitalization and how to play the role of farmers in rural revitalization..
