Research On The Model Of Home-based Care For The Elderly In Smart Communities In Hohhot

Hohhot is located in the frontier ethnic area,due to its special geographical environment and cultural environment,the elderly have significant differences in living habits,religious beliefs and cultural traditions from other regions,developing community home care services also has its own unique features.At present,the ageing,aging and empty nesting of the population in Hohhot is increasing.However,the development of the existing social pension service model is not sufficient,and it cannot provide fast,efficient,low-cost,interconnected and intelligent elderly care services for the elderly in the community.The rapid development of modern information technologies such as the Internet,big data,and cloud computing has provided new tools and ideas for solving this problem,and it has gradually become an important support for transforming existing pension services.To this end,this article takes the deep integration of smart communities and home care as an entry point,and uses modern information technology as a support to build an online and offline Hohhot smart community home care service model.Since the development of home-based elderly care services in smart communities in Hohhot is at an initial stage of exploration,a scientific,mature andsystematic elderly care service model has not yet been formed.Therefore,relying on modern information technology to build a smart community home care service model in Hohhot has become the meaning of this study.This article analyzes the problems and causes in the operation process by objectively analyzing the current status of the home care service supply and demand in smart communities in Hohhot,and on the basis of drawing on the experience of the domestic mature smart community home care service model.Explore the optimal development path of the smart community home care service model from two levels of internal operation mechanism and external security mechanism: enrich the content of old-age service at the level of internal operation mechanism,cultivate professional talent team,and promote the concept of smart pension;The government plays a leading role,improves the policy support mechanism,improves the supervision mechanism,expands the capital investment,and improves the elder care intelligent facilities.
