Research On The Performance Appraisal Of Cadres In Township Organs

Towns and townships are the "last kilometer" of policy implementation and the "nerve endings" to serve the people.Its working ability,working level and working attitude directly determine the level of grass-roots government governance efficiency.But in the actual situation,the cadres of township organs are not evenly busy and idle,eat together,resulting in low work efficiency,not smooth operation.In this context,many places have carried out extensive practice and exploration on the performance appraisal of cadres in township organs.How to give better play to the "baton" function of performance appraisal is of great practical significance for improving grass-roots operation efficiency,changing work style and strengthening self-construction.In 2017,Taqian Town of Leping City,as one of the first pilot towns in Jiangxi Province,explored the performance assessment of township organ cadres.In this paper,taqian Town of Leping City is selected as the research object,and the performance appraisal of the cadres of taqian Town of Leping City is investigated and analyzed by literature method,questionnaire method and field investigation method,and the performance appraisal of the cadres of Taqian Town of Leping City is systematically summarized.Find and reveal the leping town before organ existing in the personnel department performance evaluation work set is not enough scientific and reasonable assessment index,the lack of strict examination to organize and implement the lack of effective supervision,the performance appraisal process,performance appraisal the effect is not significant problems of township and village cadres in other parts of absorbing domestic innovation experience,on the basis of performance appraisal The paper puts forward some specific suggestions,such as setting scientific assessment indicators,improving performance assessment process,diversified application of performance assessment results,and strengthening performance assessment safeguard measures,to provide feasible countermeasures for the performance assessment of taqian Town government cadres,and to give some inspiration to other towns on improving the performance assessment of government cadres.
