| The procuratorial organ is an important part of our country’s judicial system.It has the legal function of fighting crimes and protecting human rights.As the main body of procuratorial organs in exercising prosecutorial power,post prosecutors represent the image of justice.Driven by judicial reforms,the procuratorial organs have achieved self-innovation,and the construction of the judicial team is also developing in the direction of professionalization,specialization,and regularization.The performance appraisal system is an important guarantee for the professional development of post prosecutors,and its integrity and scientificity have a profound impact on the effectiveness of judicial reform,an objective,fair and scientific performance appraisal system helps to enhance the sense of honor and work enthusiasm of the post prosecutors in the procuratorial organs.Therefore,a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the problems in the performance appraisal system of post prosecutors;and proposing and optimizing the performance appraisal plan have contemporary significance for the development of the procuratorial organ.This article takes the D District Procuratorate as an example to systematically research the performance appraisal system of the post prosecutors.First of all,the present situation of the establishment of the content and standards,the implementation of the appraisal process and the application of the appraisal results of the post prosecutors of district D procuratorate are analyzed.Combined with the investigation results of the prosecutors’ interviews,it is found that there are still some problems that need to be solved in the performance appraisal system of post prosecutors of District D Procuratorate.For example,the professional particularity of procuratorial organs is not taken into account in the weight setting of assessment indicators,the guarantee mechanism in the assessment process is not sound,and the results are not applied properly.Secondly,by analyzing and summarizing the advanced concepts and innovative methods of other procuratorial organs in my country in the formulation and implementation of performance appraisal,it provides experience and reference for optimizing the performance appraisal methods of post prosecutors.Finally,using relevant theoretical knowledge and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)in management,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the performance appraisal of post inspection from the two levels of the formulation and implementation of the appraisal system.Measures such as scientifically setting the content,perfecting the subject of assessment,perfecting the feedback mechanism of assessment,perfecting the reward and punishment system to the improvement and implementation of performance assessment.Through improving the performance appraisal system of post prosecutors,this article aims to provide a institutional reference for the performance appraisal of post prosecutors of the D District Procuratorate,so as to promote the high-quality development of D district procuratorial business. |
