As an important concept in management science, performance appraisal is aimed at stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff, improving the working efficiency and the basic quality, and optimizing the management. Performance appraisal can provide security to the leadership and management of the procuratorial system, and promote the effective completion of the procuratorial work, and promote the construction of procuratorial team.From the perspective of development, The performance appraisal system of our country's procuratorial organs is still a new thing, it is slowly built up in practice. The performance appraisal system of procuratorial organs in our country is constantly improving and perfecting. In this paper, we will take the assessment document of X city's Procuratorate in 2015 as an example, compared with that in 2014, and will find that there are still some problems, and will put forward suggestions for improvement.
